How to ride a bicycle correctly
The method of cycling is as follows: (1) First place one foot on the pedal, slide forward, and then put the other foot on. It is possible that after putting the other foot on, you will lose balance. It’s okay, this is normal. With more practice, you will have a certain level of balance ability. (2) After you have a certain level of balance ability, then try rotating the pedal. First, place one foot on the pedal, slide forward, and then put the other foot on it. After putting it on, try rotating the pedal. You may lose your balance if you don’t rotate it more than once. It’s okay, practice more and you’ll get better. (3) You can try to rotate it for half a turn and then practice it slowly to become proficient. You can also have someone stand behind you to straighten the bike for you, and then you can slowly ride it. (4) Practice makes perfect, and one can ride a bicycle.
Health can be stepped on!
For modern people who struggle with sports and leisure opportunities, cycling is a great fitness exercise. However, do not just ride with force, but also pay attention to the correct riding posture to avoid sports injuries. Here are some riding concepts for cyclists to refer to. 1、 Do not make sudden moves while the convoy is moving, and be sure to maintain a stable riding posture. There is nothing like a restless driver disrupting the overall progress of a bicycle convoy. Some people may make sudden actions that threaten the safety of members of the entire team. Regardless of the situation, the riding principle of maintaining smooth movements and mastering the road conditions in advance is a sport that requires mutual trust. 2、 Do not let go of both hands while cycling in the convoy. Be sure to keep your palms on the brake grip, the lower turn handle, or the top of the handlebars close to the vertical pipe in the middle of the vehicle. There are several reasons why you should never put your hand on the rest handle to ride a bike. Firstly, you will be scolded by other drivers. Although this is an outdated problem, there are still many people who commit these problems. Second, putting your hands on means that you mainly use your elbows to control the movement of the car, which is far less maneuverable than putting your hands on the handlebars – it is not a way to make you popular in the group. Finally, in case of an emergency, due to your hands being too far away from the brake grip, you will have to suddenly sit up and find their position. Of course!
In a convoy, we don’t expect to slow down, but if there’s really a need, you’ll have to frantically search for the brakes. 3、 Do not shift to the highest gear position while climbing, be sure to choose the appropriate gear that allows you to smoothly pass through the slope. When crossing difficult road sections, some people often switch to the big gear position due to being unable to bear it. Although, if you maintain momentum, you can stride over stones or tree roots more smoothly; But on the contrary, if your speed is not fast enough, you may “step in place”. If your physical strength is strong enough and your skills are sufficient to cope with uphill road conditions, of course it is good, but once you change your teeth, you will suddenly stop halfway. So when climbing the steepest slope, it is best to lower your teeth a bit. When encountering rocks or protruding objects on the ground, you can easily overcome obstacles without dragging heavy footsteps. 4、 Don’t just step on the pedal when going uphill, be sure to make good use of tooth position changes to maintain a stable force application when going uphill. Your past riding style may have been the same as these people – every time you encounter an uphill, you sprint hard and move your hips away from the seat, stomping hard. This not only disrupts the coherence of the group, but also causes everyone to break their legs. Even in the lightest competition, at the end of the last ten miles, everyone often falls behind due to fatigue. Climbing is a very difficult stage, but the most important thing at this time is not to desperately try to keep up with the main group, but to try to maintain speed stability. Do not engage in excessive heroism during the competition. 5、 Don’t stare at the route or obstacles on the road, be sure to focus on the trajectory of your bicycle. Have you ever found a big stone while walking and tried to avoid it – but without hesitation, you collided with it?
The reason is simple: the movement of the car follows your line of sight. If you keep your eyes fixed on the obstacle, your bike will naturally move towards it. Fighter pilots call it a “directional landmark” – as long as they are fully focused on the landmark, they can accurately return. The same situation will also occur on land travel, and the solution is to focus on the route ahead with good road conditions, Be sure to stay focused, and the bike will automatically follow your gaze with great confidence.
6、 When climbing a hill, do not suddenly stand up and ride. Be sure to move your hips slowly away from the seat in a gentle and smooth motion.
When you suddenly stand up and climb a hill, your bike will have a slight tendency to recoil, and the left and right swaying of the body will counteract the power of the front wheels, or at least it will scare your peers into a cold sweat.
If you continue to harass your peers while moving in this way, your reputation among car enthusiasts will inevitably be poor.
Stand up smoothly from the sitting position, shift your teeth to a position that is one or two teeth heavier than when you are sitting. Cooperate with the up and down rotation of the pedal, rotate your hips up and forward, and lift them away from the seat, allowing your weight to rotate along the pedal without holding onto the handlebars.
Your goal is to be able to change speed from sitting to standing in one go.
7、 When turning, do not place the inner pedal below and make sure to place the center of gravity on the outer pedal.
The most sweaty thing is to see the driver pull down the inner pedal when turning a corner and touch the ground a few centimeters further.
Once the pedal hits the ground, the rear wheels will collide with the road surface, causing a complete crash.
To safely turn a corner, you must stop stepping on the outside pedal as you approach the corner (if you want to turn left, turn the right pedal down; vice versa).
While stepping on the pedal, shift the center of gravity of the body to the outside of the vehicle and slightly lift the seat.
Make sure the inner pedal is on top to prevent injury from afar.
Also, lower the center of gravity to safely and handsomely turn.
During peak traffic hours, choose vacant parking areas and practice your turning techniques more.
8、 Don’t tighten your upper body and ride your bike for life. Be sure to relax your palms, arms, and facial muscles.
You may have had the experience of following a cyclist who tightly holds onto the handlebars, with excessive muscle stiffness, white knuckles, stiff elbows, tightly closed teeth, and exposed blue veins in the neck. If you are also such a cyclist, here is a heartfelt advice – relax and try using your upper body as another shock absorber on the bike, relaxing your shoulders and arms to absorb the vibrations from the road, If you make a light touch on the tight handlebar, it may cause the brake grip to bite, causing a sudden change that can be transmitted to the front wheels and cause a crash.
9、 Do not accelerate when you gain a leading position in the team. When you are in the leading position, be sure to maintain a stable group speed.
The team performs best when the speed is stable, and some of the key points should be advised to inexperienced drivers who ride in front. Perhaps acceleration can show off how strong their physical strength is, or they may feel too faint when they see a long line of cars being left behind. However, in no case should they accelerate recklessly, as such acceleration will increase the distance between them and the rear team, causing drivers who could have been more relaxed in the formation to be exhausted.
Let me tell you a little secret: when you are still in the second position of the car formation, first check your road code table to see what the group’s forward speed is. When you strive for a leading position, maintain the same speed.
10、 Don’t let the spacing between the cars widen, be sure to keep behind the wheels of the car in front.
Another simple but important driving technique for a team is to closely follow the wheels of the front car.
If you are in the middle of the team and detach from the leading car, it will require you to put in a lot of effort to catch up, and the drivers behind you will work so hard. If you really fall behind too much, the drivers behind will surpass you and catch up with their respective goals on their own.
So it’s best to put in some effort to keep up with the front car smoothly and maintain a 150CM wide gap from the front car. Don’t spend more effort to recover the 10-20 meter gap just because of laziness.
Anyway, we should put in more effort now, otherwise we will have to work hard later.
11、 Do not ride parallel to the wheels of the front car, be sure to ride one to three feet behind the front car.
Most consecutive crashes or collisions between two vehicles are caused by one of the drivers placing the front wheels in parallel with the wheels of the following vehicle.
If the leading driver suddenly turns or rides sideways, the following driver will collide head-on, “colliding
”So always protect your front wheel and consider it your most precious thing – fragile, rare, and precious, so that nothing can touch it. Your front wheels should rotate like they are in an invisible force field. 12、 Don’t ride hard in the rain, be sure to learn some simple techniques for turning on damp roads. If you have watched the 98 Tour de France in Epic Mountain, you may have noticed that the athletes suffer from slippery conditions. How do these professional drivers run at speeds exceeding 60 kilometers per hour on slippery slopes and thrilling curves?
#Accelerate on straight sections.
Before turning, apply the brakes first, then slowly pass through the bend and straighten the body before accelerating.
When the car body is too tilted and there is a risk of slipping, the front brake must be firmly grasped at once.
#Wear protective goggles.
Lenses can prevent sand from touching the eyes, and if you can maintain clear vision, you can safely enjoy the pleasure of riding.
#Slightly press the inner tube and use a wider outer tube.
If it is found that the weather is about to rain, it is necessary to switch to rain specific tires.
#Practice more.
Whenever it rains, you pout and lie at home to sleep. Choose a parking lot to practice turning and feel the grip of your tires under various conditions.
#Distribute body weight appropriately during turns.
Keep your upper body as close to the upper tube as possible, move your hips slightly behind the seat, and relax your arms and shoulders.
If you become nervous, it may be difficult to control the phenomenon of sideslip.
#Riding a mountain bike to various road conditions, try to feel how to easily and confidently stabilize the body of the car when the tires slip in the wet.
13、 Don’t stare straight at the driver in front of you, be sure to look around the few drivers who are following.
When riding very hard or tired, your eyes may become a bit dull, just staring at the driver in front of you spinning around.
But if there is a car crash or someone suddenly turns ahead at this moment, you will not be able to react because you didn’t notice.
Len Pettyjohn, the former coach of the Coors Light professional cycling team, told their drivers that if you stare at the rear wheels of the driver in front of you, before you hit the sidewalk, this will be the last scene you will see.
The way to crack it is very simple. Keep your head up and keep your gaze on the driver in front of you, so that you can see the road ahead clearly. When there is still plenty of time, take some early action to deal with abnormal or dangerous factors.
14、 Do not climb the hill in a sitting position throughout the entire journey, be sure to change your hip position in a timely manner, and occasionally ride in a standing position.
There is a technique that can save the most effort when climbing a long uphill, and the key is very simple – but many riders forget to switch between standing and sitting positions every few minutes. If your position remains the same, the same muscle will easily tire, and your efficiency and riding pleasure will also disappear. Therefore, after riding in a sitting position for a few minutes, you will switch to a larger gear position, change to a standing position for a while, and swing the rear half of the body, At the same time, lean your body forward slightly, allowing the weight to apply downward on the pedal. After a few minutes, switch back to the sitting position and return to the smaller teeth position; Before reaching the top of the slope, repeatedly apply this technique throughout the entire process, which will make you feel more relaxed and less tired.
15、 Do not force yourself to advance against the wind. When encountering strong winds head-on, be sure to cleverly dodge and patiently wait for the wind to slow down.
Many times during the year, we have to ride bicycles in strong winds. Here are some ways to deal with the strong winds: # Take an out and back riding method, using our forked outer feet to cut into the wind. This action is very difficult to drive, but we can use the wind as resistance, and then ride backwards at walking speed.
It’s not too difficult to change your feet back from this position in the martial arts world.
#Do not shift to a small gear position.
If you want to maintain normal speed with big teeth like on a calm and windless road, you are likely to be disappointed.
It’s best to obediently lower your teeth and maintain a stepping rhythm. In this regard, you not only need strength, but also better training.
#Lower your body, the smaller the frontal windward side, the better.
When resting your hand bowl, hang your arm down and rest it against the brake grip.
If you are a lone rider, you can use the Aero controller.
Maintain a straight back and raise your head so that you can see the road conditions clearly.
#Have a strong will.
The ruthless strong winds can easily damage a driver’s will.
So constantly motivate yourself, your physical strength is stronger than the wind, and your handling of windward conditions is very high.
Face slimming massage method: Massage is also a simple way to eliminate facial fat, but it is important to ensure that the posture is correct to avoid injury. 1. Pinch the area with a lot of flesh on the face: Apply some slimming massage cream, and then use a pinching technique to stretch the area with the most flesh on the cheeks from the inside out, with gentle movements. 2. Rub the cheeks: The palm of the hand should be tightly pressed against both cheeks, and then massage the skin in order from the inside out, which takes about 1 minute. 3. Lower jaw support: Gently support the chin with both hands and repeat rhythmically for about 1 minute. 4. Gently support the face: Place both hands on the lower jaw, gently massage and lift. 5. Brushing the face with both hands: Gently touch the entire face with both hands and let it sit for 3 minutes.
